آقای مالی گفت ایران تا زمانی که دولت ترامپ از این توافق‌نامه خارج شد به تعهدات خود در چارچوب برجام عمل می‌کرد و افزود این کشور در راستای این تعهدات به بازرسان اجازه می‌داد که از سایت‌های هسته‌ای بازدید کند.
به گفته آقای مالی اما اکنون آمریکا هیچ کنترلی روی ایران ندارد چرا که در عمل برجامی در کار نیست.
